Dr Lynsey Byrom is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience of helping adult clients achieve their therapy goals. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and supportive. She aims to help you create a life that is with awareness of what is truly important to you while also effectively handling the pain and distress that you are currently struggling with. She teaches practical skills with immediate application to your specific needs and goals.
Lynsey predominantly employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her work however believes that every person is unique so will tailor therapy to each individual and therefore also utilise skills from other evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) where appropriate.
SUPERVISION:
Lynsey is a Board Approved Supervisor and offers ongoing or one-off supervision to allied health workers who have an interest in working with adult clients particularly from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective.

Valya is a mental health occupational therapist (OT) and Gestalt psychotherapist with 30 years’ experience working in individual and group therapy settings.
Valya's clinical experience and expertise is working with adults and providing them with a choice of assessment and treatment modalities including; Psychotherapy, OT interventions, focused psychological strategies, sensory modulation, mindfulness based therapy and trauma focused therapy including EMDR and prolonged exposure.
